Midweek Bible Study

May 22nd at 11:00 AM

The Midweek Bible Study meets on Wednesdays at 11:00 A.M. in Room B. The purpose of our Bible Study is to dig deeper into the Scriptures, strengthen each other’s faith, and build our bonds of Christian fellowship. You are welcome to bring a bag lunch and fellowship together following the study. All are welcome! Sorry, but no childcare is available. During May and June we will study Bible passages about God’s people in times of crisis. During their wanderings in the desert, the Israelites grumbled against Moses and Aaron whenever they faced a crisis. Really, they were grumbling against God. Their complaining was rooted in their fears. Underlying their fears was a lack of faith in God to provide at every moment of their lives. Certainly, if God has liberated them, God will provide for their needs as they journey to the Promised Land. Even today, God’s people sometimes grumble during moments of crisis. In this study we will learn from the people of Israel so that we can strengthen our own faith during moments of trial.
