Grace Baptist Update – August 11, 2016

 A Memorial Service for Isabel Lehman will be held this Saturday at 11:00 A.M. here at Grace.  Isabel was a 25-year member of our church and our choir and she will be missed.  Please keep her family in your prayers and plan to join us this Saturday as we remember and celebrate her life.  The service will be preceded by a visitation hour at 10:00 A.M.

 Our worship service this Sunday will be led by the Miracles (pictured above).  This gospel quintet, featuring two of our own members (Larry Davis and Bob Allmond), has visited Grace numerous times and has always been a great blessing.  We are very fortunate to have them participate in our service once again so we hope you’ll join us!

Junior and Senior High Students are invited to meet a candidate for the position of Youth and Young Adult Director this Sunday in the trailer at 9:30 A.M.  The candidate will give a lesson during the worship hour.  Please RSVP to Erica Fitzgerald (ejhfitz@gmail.com) if you will be attending.  Parents, please encourage your children to participate in this unique opportunity to interact with and provide feedback on this potential new youth leader.
