Dear Friends,

Many thanks to Casey Brookes and her many volunteers who helped to make this year’s Vacation Bible School a great blessing and success!  Thank you also to all who donated needed items.  Attendance was significantly better this year compared to previous years and our new weekend format seemed to be well-liked by the kids and their parents.  Last Sunday we enjoyed “sitting in” on the day’s VBS program during our morning worship service.  We learned some new songs and even got to high-five each other and shout, “Wow God!”  VBS was a fun and meaningful experience and thank you again to all who made it possible.  Wow God!

Please join us this Sunday for another meaningful worship experience as some of our youth and their leaders share their experiences from their recent mission trip to Tennessee.  By all accounts, it was a very productive and meaningful experience and that impacted the people of Crossville, TN in many positive ways.  This will also be Jordan Lichty’s last Sunday with us so I hope you’ll make every effort to support him and the group as they share with us Sunday.

Late-Breaking News Flash!  The installation of the new church sign will begin on Wednesday, August 9.  There are a number of steps in the process and the estimated time to complete the whole project will be 2-3 weeks.  The church will be available for all activities during the construction, and the driveway will be open and accessible.
