Dear Friends,

Join us this Sunday for worship as we welcome our special guest speaker, Steffan Carr, Missionary to the Appalachian Mountains of Western Maryland.  Pastor Carr and his wife, Leslie, lead the Bruce Outreach Center out of a building formerly used as Bruce High School.  A couple of years ago a mission team from Grace Baptist visited the Bruce Outreach Center and did some work there.  Steffan then followed up with a visit to Grace.  This will be his second opportunity to preach here at Grace and you won’t want to miss it.

Also, this Sunday I will have the privilege of dedicating Patrick and Andrea Rodgers’ baby, Grace Katherine, to God.  They will also be dedicating themselves as parents to this sacred responsibility.

Due to the fact that the Eagles are in the Super Bowl (!!!), there will be no Super Bowl Bowling onFebruary 4.  We are, however, encouraging everyone to wear Green or Eagles attire to church onSunday, February 4!

Our Retired Ministers and Missionaries Offering will be received during the month of February.  The RMMO provides much needed thank you checks to men and women who have dedicated their lives to God’s service.  Read your bulletin insert for more information.  Our church goal is $2,500.  An offering envelope is included in the February newsletter with extras available in chair backs and at the Welcome Center in February.

It’s time to update and produce our new pictorial directory!  Please send any corrections or changes needed in your directory information to Trish in the church office at your earliest convenience.  Santosh Philips is our official photographer for new and updated pictures of individuals and family groups.  Please see Santosh at church to have your photo made or contact him atsmartsurfer@gmail.com to set up a time for your photo.  You may also send your own updated photo digitally to the church office.
