Dear Friends,

 

The Reach Workcamp Team departed for Monroe, NC last Saturday, and will be returning this Saturday, July 19.  Seventeen students and adults are attending this year.  We have been asked to set aside this Thursday, July 17 to pray for the Reach Workcampers.  Please pray for the following:

 

• Reach Staff – those who run and organize the camp – for wisdom and patience.
• Neighbors – those whose homes we work on – that they are not nervous for visitors and that they see Jesus in us.
• School – where we stay and worship all week- that it stays in one piece and that those there see Jesus in us.
• Workcampers – both students and adult volunteers – that they have the spirit of serving and good attitudes.
• Work Projects – repairs that are made to the homes – that they are completed SAVELY during the week.
• The Community – the people and businesses in and around the town of Monroe, NC.
• Evening message/worship – to hear God’s message for us.
• Our own youth group – that we have patience in stressful situations, grow closer as a group, and that each person draws closer to Jesus.
