Dear Friends,

 

Please keep Frank Viall’s family in your prayers as they mourn his loss.  Frank passed away on July 3, 2014 and a memorial service will be held tonight at 7 P.M. here at Grace.

 

The Ambler Community Cupboard is in immediate need of the following items:  Juice boxes for kids, pancake mix, pancake syrup, bottled water, bar soap, toilet paper and fruit cups.  They are also in need of some small appliances, toasters, toaster ovens, microwaves and pots & pans that are gently used.  In their free clothing boutique they are in need of kids clothing for summer, size 6x to junior (boy and girl), men’s dress pants and causal shirts (summer or winter) and women’s extra-large and plus size tops.   Please bring your donations to church this Sunday.

 

This Sunday I’ll be speaking on the subject “Peace Within” based on John 14:15-31.  Special music will be provided by Barbara Vogt and our guest organist will be Gunta Plostnieks.

 

Our Vacation Bible School concluded last night.  Thank you to all who helped to make it a success and a wonderful experience for our children.

 

The Reach Workcamp Team departs for Monroe, NC this Saturday, July 12 at 9:30 A.M. and returns on Saturday, July 19.  Seventeen students and adults are attending this year.  A complete list of those going was included in the July issue of Grace Notes.  Please consider mailing a postcard or card of encouragement.  The campers would truly appreciate hearing from you!  The address is:
