Dear friends,

Our Worship Service starts at 9:30 A.M. this Sunday as we begin our summer schedule.  There will be no Sunday School before church but Graceland for K-3^rdgrade and pre-school childcare will be provided during worship.  It’s also Father’s Day and we’ll be honoring all the dads of our church.  My message will be entitled “A Father’s Love” based on Matthew 10:29-31.  Special music will be provided by our soloist Kate Stremme.

 The One Great Hour of Sharing Offering is being collected during the month of June.  This important offering provides resources to bring disaster relief to those suffering around the globe.  Our church goal is $2,375 and envelopes are available in the June newsletter, in sanctuary chair backs and at the Welcome Center.

Congratulations and all God’s blessings to Rev. Chris Lister who has accepted a call to become the new pastor of Church in the Acres Baptist Church in Springfield, MA.  We will miss his active participation here at Grace Baptist but wish him well in his new pastoral position.  Chris needs help on July 1 moving furniture out of a storage facility to a truck.  If you can help, please contact Chris (cjlister@live.com, 484-213-6003).  We are still collecting used blankets to help with the move.  If you have one to spare, bring it this Sunday.  After the move to Massachusetts the blankets will be donated to a charity.
