Dear Friends,

This Sunday is Palm Sunday and our Sanctuary Choir will be presenting the Easter cantata, “Come to the Cross”, at our 10:45 worship service.  It’s going to be a wonderful morning of worship and music and I hope you’ll join us.  Following the service, there will be a time of refreshments and fellowship.

We will continue to receive our America for Christ Offering during the month of March as we seek to reach our goal of $2,675.  Thus far we have received $965 so please give generously and prayerfully this Sunday and help us reach our goal!

Don’t miss our Maundy Thursday celebration on March 24^th at 7:30 P.M.  This very special and meaningful time of worship will center on the Lord’s Supper as we commemorate Jesus’ final meal with his disciples.  I’ll be sharing a message entitled “No Matter What the Cost.”  Please note:  There will be no Sacrificial Supper before worship again this year.

Sign up this Sunday for our Easter Breakfast.  A full breakfast will be served from 9:00 – 9:45 A.M.  Come enjoy the good food and wonderful fellowship!

Our fourth annual Community Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, March 26, rain or shine.  Please plan to bring your whole family and invite some children you know.   Activities and games begin at 10:30 A.M. and the hunt will start at 11:00 A.M.  We need volunteers to help prepare for the day so please see Casey Brookes if you can help.

Grace Baptist is currently housing one family from the Inter-Faith Hospitality Network for the month of March, a mother and her four young children.  A few volunteers are still needed for meals and overnights.  Please check the board in the narthex for the remaining spots and sign up this Sunday.  And don’t forget to keep our families and all of our volunteers in your prayers.
