Dear Friends,

Today is Veterans Day.  Let us give thanks for the 18.8 million men and women who have served our country in times of war and peace.  Let us pray especially for the 3.9 million veterans who are disabled.

This Saturday you are invited to our annual fall concert…The Gracie Awards!

This 10th anniversary show will be presented by our Sanctuary Choir at 2 PM and 7 PM.  It’s going to be another great show that you won’t want to miss.  Refreshments will be served after the show.  Invite your family, friends and neighbors.

This Sunday is Commitment Sunday!  Please don’t forget to bring your pledge card for our 2017 budget to church with you.  If, for any reason, you didn’t get one, there will be one in each bulletin and some extras at the Welcome Center.  I’ll be preaching on the subject, Money Myths, based on 1 Timothy 6:6-12.  Please pray for your involvement in this stewardship campaign and for our church as we seek to do even more for the sake of Christ in the New Year.

Thanks to all who attend our Chile Mission Trip Fundraiser Lunch last Sunday. Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to surpass our goal of $1,000.00!

Don’t forget to order your Christmas Poinsettias this Sunday.  Order forms were placed in your bulletin last Sunday and are available at the Welcome Center.  Please place your completed order forms and payment in the wooden box on Trish’ desk in the church office by November 27.
