Dear Friends,

Last Sunday was Faith in Action Celebration Sunday!  Thank you to all who helped to make it a memorable day.  The video that Kristin produced was wonderful and gave us all a glimpse of what happened at the various projects.  Special thank to Melissa Flack and Nate Fitzgerald who shared their FIA experiences with us.  And, of course, let’s “break out lots of confetti” for our dedicated and fearless leader, Betty Helpa. Thank you all!

It was wonderful to have Barbara Green back with us playing the piano and leading the choir last Sunday.  After just over a month since both knees were replaced, we thank God that she continues to make great progress.

This Sunday I’ll be sharing a message entitled “Let Them Out” based on the Great Commission in Matthew 28.  Special music will be provided by our Sanctuary Choir and soloist, Amy Bocklet.

Last Sunday we began receiving our World Mission Offering.  If you didn’t have a chance to give, please prayerfully consider helping us reach our goal of $2,500.  Let us join together with other American Baptist churches across the country to touch as many lives for Christ as we can.
