Rally Day was a wonderful day here at Grace!  Our guest story teller, Kristin Pedemonti, was fantastic and enjoyed by all.  It was great to have the choir back and to see the church much fuller than it’s been this past summer.  Thanks to Christian Ed. and all who helped to make Rally Day a great new beginning for the year.

This Sunday I’ll be sharing a message entitled “Like Little Children” based on Mark 9:30-32.  Children have such an important place in the Kingdom and our primary responsibility in the Kingdom is to provide a first-class environment for our babies, boys and girls, and our youth.  That’s what growing churches do!

 Worship Leader training workshop will be held this Sunday, September 16, at 9:45 A.M.  The training is open to all current worship leaders and anyone in the congregation who would like to be a worship leader.

A New Member’s Information Class will be held next Sunday, September 23, at 9:45 A.M. in the Pastor’s office.  Anyone who is thinking about membership and/or baptism is invited to attend the class. 

Catch is coming!  This Sunday you’ll have the opportunity to sign up to participate in a four-week small group experience centered on the themes of Catch.

YOUTH GROUP NEWS – A Parent/Student Meeting is scheduled for this Sunday at 7:00 P.M.  All 6^th-12^th graders and their parents are encouraged to come to this important meeting.  Big changes are coming to the Youth Ministry!  The new schedule will be revealed after the meeting on September 16.
